Entry Fee:

• For any FIDE (OTB) TITLED Player: Free
• Rated 2201 and Above: Free
• Rated 2001-2200: Rs.400 (50% of Discount of Rs.800)
• Rated 2000 and Below – Rs.800
• Unrated – Rs.800
• This Entry Fee Structure is valid till 30 September 2025. After that, The Entry Fee is Rs.1000 till 08 October 2025
• Late Fee: Entry will be accepted with a late fee of Rs.200 till 10 October 2025 02:00PM. Any request to waive-off the late fee will not be considered.

Rules And Regulations:

• System: The Tournament will be conducted as per FIDE’s Laws of Chess and FIDE Swiss League System.
• Tie Break: In case of tie, tie-breaking system 1. Buchholz Cut 1; 2. Buchholz; 3. Sonneborn Berger; 4. Direct Encounter; 5. Greater number of victories; 6. Number of victories with Black.
• Disputes: In case of any disputes pertaining to the tournament, Chief Arbiter’s decision shall be final and binding on all.
• Walk over: will be accepted after 30 minutes of the Scheduled Time.
• Electronic Devices: Any type of Electronic Devices, Wrist Watches, Mobile Phones are NOT allowed inside the tournament hall during the round. If a player is found with these items on his body, the player shall lose the game.
• Age Proof: For Age Category Players, a valid Photo ID/ Age proof is required to be produced at the time of Tournament.
• Veteran: For Veteran Prize the Age is Above 55 i.e. Born on 31 December 1969 or before.
• Game Recording – It is compulsory to record the game till the last move for all participants.
• Cancellation: In case of cancellation, Rs.200 will be deducted as Administration Charges and remaining amount will be refunded by 16 October 2025. Such cancellation is only possible till 08 October 2025.
• Prize: In case of tie, Prize Money will not be shared. Only one Prize shall be given, whichever is higher. The Prize Money will be transferred to Prize Winner’s Account. Kindly provide your preferred Bank Account. If a Prize Winner is absent at the time of Prize Distribution, then the Prize Money will be transferred by 16 October 2025 after communicating with the Prize Winner.
• Discipline: Loud Talk, Extra Session Games in the tournament hall is strictly prohibited. Parents and Coaches are requested to keep away from the players during session.
• The Organiser reserves the right to admit or refuse any entry without assigning any reason. The Organiser also reserve the right of admission to the venue.
